Teleias comes from the Greek word teleios: complete, finished, whole. It is the bar for everything we ship.
Teleias was founded by Christian Claudio, an operator who spent years inside healthcare staffing and saw the gap between what recruiting technology promised and what it delivered. Instead of waiting for someone else to close that gap, Teleias built the platform itself.
That platform became RecruiterX, a patent pending AI recruitment system live in production today, followed by MD Positions, a national physician job board with NPI one tap apply. Both were built the Teleias way: small senior teams, production quality from the first commit, and shipped to completion.
Today Teleias runs on one foundation: our own AI products first, with AI engineering and technology recruiting for clients who want the same team on their side.
